We’re looking to support documentary stories that share the idea ‘there is more that unites us than divides’. Stories that aim for peace, yet challenge thinking. Whever you are on your film journey, you can apply.

LAB FREE*?
I SEE DOCO LAB is philanthropically supported.
When I create the I SEE DOCO LAB format it was a no brainer that the program be offered without a cost. It was also fundamentally important that there be the opportunity of a cash award, with no strings attached.
While there is a small application fee for those who can afford it, I SEE DOCO LAB is delivered free.
The program model partners with a philanthropist, someone who shares the belief of story and film as a powerful force and driver of change. It is their generosity that enables program delivery and ultimately, the cash award.
Without people like Collis Ta’eed, covering both operational and award costs, none of this would be possible. It is my hope that based on the success of participant outcomes and growth of our community, the model expands finding I SEE DOCO LAB rolled out, across the globe.

OVER 12 WEEKS, EACH SATURDAY YOU RECEIVE A TASK TO COMPLETE IN YOUR OWN TIME. EACH MONTH WE CATCH UP, TOGETHER ONLINE.
